Customer's Responsibilities:
All prices are FOB Anderson, SC unless specified in quote.
Electrical line should be provided by the owner to all the equipment and the doors. For the service purpose, the cut-off switch should be provided approx. 5 FT from the unit. Permit not included in the quote. Ground should be leveled. Work will start after the power comes to the location for cooler/freezer equipments. Change of order will cost separate.
Condenser unit should be on the ground and in a 25 feet range. If the condenser unit needs to be on the roof, crane charges will be applied. Dumpster should be provided by the customer at the time of installation. Once the equipment is on the location, the customer is responsible for its insurance.
Warranty:
Warranty parts are available for even exchange for faulty parts covered under 1 year warranty by manufacture. Replacement for the parts will be provided at no cost, but no reimbursement for any labour costs, You must send the faulty parts back to the manufacturer.
Terms and Conditions:
All custom/as-per-drawing sales are final. No refunds and no returns of goods after custom sales.
Any pack item or unused material, if in original condition or pack, will be refunded minus restocking fees. Any changes to the specifications or changes of order will be subject to increase in price.
Cancellation of the contract will subject customer to a restocking charge of 25% of the entire contract price. After the first deposit, it can take approximately up to 10 to 12 weeks for merchandise to arrive. Once equipment is at the site, the customer is responsible for its insurance. Quote is valid for 21 days.
